Delete your Plotted account

Account deletion is permanent. You can start it inside the mobile app or request it from this page if you cannot access the app.

Delete in the mobile app

  • Sign in and open the Account tab.
  • Select Delete account.
  • Review the consequences, type DELETE, and confirm.

The app sends the authenticated request directly to Plotted. You do not need to contact support after it succeeds.

Request deletion without the app

Email useplotted@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Plotted account and state that you want the account deleted. Plotted may ask you to verify control of the account before processing the request.

What deletion does

  • Cancels an active Stripe subscription associated with the account, if one exists.
  • Deletes the Plotted profile, saved preferences, and account-linked reading activity.
  • Removes the sign-in account.

Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, billing, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. The Privacy Policy explains Plotted’s retention practices.
